Marco Polo


1927 Pullman car, the Marco Polo, from the Norfolk Southern Railway.

FDR leased this car when he was Governor of New York, and used it from then through his Presidency up until WWII when he switched to an armor-plated car. It is now parked on a side track at Union Station.
